RETURNS.

If you have purchased our product at one of our retail partners then the purchase is subject to their return policy. Please reach out to them to ask about their return policy.  ​

All products purchased directly through us are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you wish to return a product, it must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition 

• Free from any marks, stains, or signs of use 

• Provide evidence ​of purchase (i.e., invoice, receipt or proof of credit card transaction) ​

If you have a piece of apparel then you can reach out to see if it is eligible for Creissen Artistwear's Recycling Program. The program's goal is to give our customers the opportunity to bring in any Creissen Artistwear purchases (beyond 30 days) in exchange for a store credit. Credit amount varies by the type of item. Please email contact@creissen.com with an image of the garment in question and we will assess whether it is eligible for our recycling program.
